Enterprise AI delivery
They’ve gone by a lot of names over the years: chatbots, digital assistants, virtual agents, AI agents. But even ten years ago, it was clear to me that this was where technology was heading. Since then, I’ve helped bring a wide range of enterprise AI systems into production.
Warehouse automation
More recently, I took the next step from digital AI into physical AI, helping coordinate the deployment of robotic picking and sorting systems in distribution centers for Berkshire Grey.
Retail modernization
Louis Vuitton taught me early in my career what a real standard of excellence looks like. Working in an environment where quality mattered in everything we did shaped the way I’ve approached project delivery ever since.
